Individual Pro is one person's private library. Team Pro is a site workspace where master data and in-progress work belong to the company.
One shared library
Machines, materials, and moulds are defined once for the site. Every invited technician and engineer works from the same master data.
Shift handoffs
An engineer starts a process validation on Monday. A technician picks it up Tuesday with the same machine, material, and tool.
Company-owned data
Process knowledge stays with the site when people rotate. One admin, one Stripe subscription, clear roles.
Why not several Individual Pro licenses?
Expense-claimed personal subscriptions can look cheaper on paper. They break down when work must move between people on the shop floor.

Mobile seat packages
€12.50 per mobile seat per month, billed annually (€150 per seat per year). Minimum 5 seats, sold in multiples of 5. The billing contact who manages this portal does not need a mobile seat unless they also use the app on the floor.
